Hearty Korean Soup

Assembling hearty Korean inspired soup fast.

On cold days, I crave a full bodied broth to warm me up. I particularly love hot pot or Korean soup. In many Asian markets, pre- made Korean broths are offered in a variety of flavors. They taste very much like homemade! 

I pour a bit of water to the broth so it’s not so salty. For fresh  ingredients, I add:

  • soft tofu
  • napa cabbage
  • spinach
