Sedona
Things to do:
- Get a drink or snack at Canyon Breeze Restaurant, 300 AZ-89A. It’s located in a building that has various food stalls. For casual dining, take snacks & drinks to the patio to view the mesmerizing Red Rock vistas.
- For tasty Mexican food, we went across the street to Oaxaca Restaurant, 321 N State Rte 89A. Their covered patio also offers a view of the mountains and an overlook to the street. Food is fresh and delicious!
- For Accommodations: We used Hotwire.com’s Hot Rates function for the first time.
If you’re flexible and willing to be surprised… (with a discount), try the Hot Deals tab. You can stay at a higher end hotel for a discount. Make sure you know of the area you want to be in. The function will show you the various hotel contenders along with the price. You can cross reference by researching price (directly from hotel website or call in) reviews and ratings to see if the hotel suits you first.
Make sure of your dates and prices because refunds may not automatic.
Note: that if you want to extend your stay for a particular rate, you may need to book it the original way you did the first time whether it be through a third-party platform or the hotel directly.
